By accessing or using Myocle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or services.

Users must behave respectfully at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Bullying, harassment, or threats
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Sharing harmful, illegal, or sexually exploitative content
• Body shaming or promotion of self-harm
• Impersonation or fraudulent activity

Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or removed without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user at our discretion to maintain a safe environment.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.

Myocle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to maintain a safe environment, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or entirely free of harmful content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myocle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service following any changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Users may report harmful, abusive, or unsafe content from within the app. Reports are reviewed by moderation systems and, where appropriate, by trained reviewers.

Myocle reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take further action to maintain a safe environment.

Myocle is not a replacement for emergency, medical, or professional mental health care.

Users may create and upload content within the app. By submitting content, users grant Myocle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use
• Display
• Process
• Moderate

...that content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

Users may NOT upload or share content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Violates copyright, trademarks, or ownership rights
• Contains unauthorised use of third-party materials

Myocle's AI systems, moderation technology, and safety mechanisms are proprietary. Users may not:

• Copy
• Reverse engineer
• Extract
• Reproduce any part of these systems

"Myocle" and associated branding elements are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
